Life-Cycle Process Engineer - Documentation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Define, introduce, and maintain NPI lifecycle process elements
• Capture and document current processes
• Provide process visualization
• Distinguish between standard and exception
• Stakeholder communication for requirements capturing
• Enable quality assurance and document using Confluence

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in NPI, process engineering, systems engineering, or project environments
• Proven experience improving or deploying development and/or lifecycle processes
• Analytical thinking: Ability to understand complex processes and present them in a structured manner.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills: Conducting interviews, questioning information, and presenting results in Englisch and German
• Exposure to PLM/PDM or NPI‑related toolchains
• Methodological knowledge: Process modeling (BPMN, …) and documentation standards.
